Everybody knew that Shraddha was preparing very hard for her NEET exam. But on the day of the result, Shraddha locked herself in her room, refused to come out, refused to look at the internet where the results were also going to be posted, and simply cried herself with the fear that immobilized her. The anxiety of the outcome rippled her spirit because she was not sure if she would clear the exam.

Why is there so much hype about passing an exam on the first attempt? Most exams have that element of anxiety, fear and pressure because the participant in the exam has put in so much effort, hours and hours of study, sleepless nights, sacrificing all their outings and family time and places so much importance on becoming that one person, in the world’s most noble profession, that of being a doctor, Shraddha was no different.

So many others like Shraddha were not different in dealing with their insecurities. When the result is about to come, they get crippled and paralysed with fear and uncertainty. And the biggest demoralizing factor is the rejection that they expect to experience from society. They take it as a personal rejection and feel that if they did not clear the exam, it’s going to be the end of their world.

How to deal with NEET Exam Result.

Dear Teentalkers, let me tell you, it’s not the end of the world. It’s one of the stumbling blocks. It’s one of the falls that we have in the entire journey called life. There are many examples of famous people who will tell you that nobody reached success in their first attempt or in the first shot. Every one of us, whoever has reached whatever little pinnacle of success, all of us have had their share of failure.

So teens and young aspirants, be hopeful and optimistic. Let’s embrace failure and make efforts to rise from it. Prepare your mind that this is the route that is going to be a little harder and longer for you to achieve success. And accept that there will be no substitute for hard work. This is what shraddha was guided to do. She showed great spirit and faced her first failure. And made a resolve that this would be the way she will be facing success. By looking it in the eye!

After all, after every fall there is going to be only a rise. And with this I would like to tell all the young aspirants do not be worried. Embrace what is in store for you if there’s a failure, there are two things that can happen. One is you can reset your button and decide whether this is a profession you are meant for, then persist and give it your best the next time. Second, if not then do I have the next best career option?
