Question: I think I’ve reached the climax of my life. I feel as if there’s nothing left for me anymore, no hope and no future. I just want someone to talk to me, anyone. Please.
Thanks for writing to us. I can really understand how stressed you feel.
If you really have nothing interesting going on, you can find something that doesn’t take too much effort. Perhaps somewhere in the future, you might run into better things. Have you thought of looking up a community forum or an online support group with members having similar conditions?
Wouldn’t you be curious to know how they have been handling this feeling despite how tough things appear to be? Could there be a possibility of them having found a smart way to overcome this loss of hope to a larger extent? Would you be able to find others who have walked through the same road as you have and are still moving ahead? Why don’t you reach out to them to ask your questions and they would possibly be the best source for these answers?
You are walking, breathing, thinking, and able to express your doubts and your emotional pain. You have NOT ruined your life, You have the ability to mould your life, but you must act in positive ways. You need to get into the habit of going out daily and realize that you can be like others and have a more functional life.
Hope this helps. Should you have any other queries, do connect online for a chat from 11 am -8 pm or drop us an offline message.
