I suggest that take a short nap during the day time as short as 15 to 20 minutes before doing other work which can help improve your emotional sense throughout your day. Also, sipping caffeine can give you a temporary energy boost, but drinking water throughout your day is healthier and is also effective in keeping you awake. That’s because dehydration can make it more difficult for you to concentrate on your work. Eating healthy snacks during the day can help keep your blood sugar — and attention — steady all day long. Look for foods with a mix of protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fats. Listening to loud, energizing music such as rock or pop can sometimes help increase your energy level.  

Keep yourself engaged in an activity if you don’t wish to take a nap. Activities like cleaning, cooking, reading, writing, listening to music, walking, going to the gym, painting, solving puzzles, coloring, etc can help you stay upbeat and energized throughout the day.
