Thanks for sharing your issue. I can understand the stress in your mind.
I know things are rough for you right now, but this is not it. Your parents may not understand what you´re struggling with and you may have to educate them on depression, along with your anxiety. Sadly, it seems common that parents will resort to anger in response to not understanding what we are undergoing.
As far as acdemic stress is concerned, try to reach to your peers, teachers or join some coaching class. Talk to your teachers or School counselor who can advise your parents to allow to take some coaching.....

We all face challenges in life but thats not permanent also.This is just a phase don't overthink about it.
Imagine how were you few months or years back, in the same manner this time will also pass. Make your parents understand that you also need some social engagement or passtime. But yes, set fixed limits to that. You can't be just a bookworm, right? Self harming will destroy your inner peace only and this is just a temporary solution. Do practise some Meditation and deep breathing excercise. Take a healthy diet as a healthy mind stays in a healthy body.
