Dear Teentalker,
Thank you for sharing your concern with us I appreciate your honesty and openness with sharing your issue with us. It must be difficult for you to undergo this experience of early discharge.
I can understand your concern for your health. From what you have shared, I can figure out that you may be experiencing Premature ejaculation, but still in order to help you further, I would like for you to reflect on some questions like, since when has this issue been going on, what triggered this condition, what else are you doing these days, how soon do you come, etc. I want to assure you that this is a common concern among men. Between 30% - 40% experience it at some time in their life. So, keep in mind -- it’s not something to worry about if it happens only occasionally. Men who have low levels of the chemical, serotonin in their brains tend to take a shorter time to ejaculate. It can be due to stress, relationship issues, depression or other anxiety related concerns, Ninety-five per cent of men have found behavioural techniques helpful to control premature ejaculation. Try this, ‘stop and start method’ where you stimulate your penis until you feel like you’re going to have an orgasm. Stop the arousal for about 30 seconds or until the feeling passes. Start the stimulation again and repeat three or four more times before you actually ejaculate. Practice this for few months, or if still the problem persists, visit a sex expert in your city.
More importantly, I would also encourage you to think about something that might be causing you distress or discomfort and try to work on those deeper rooted concerns which might be resulting in these physical attributes.
Hope this is helpful. If you wish to discuss your query further, please chat with us from Monday through Saturday between 11am and 8pm or leave us an offline message.
Regards,
