A lot of times, this confusion and feelings of negativity can come about based on the messages that one's family, people or society keeps giving you! A lot of them may intentionally or unintentionally try to bring you down and say mean things to you, which would make you doubt yourself and so you might come to wonder if some of the incredibly good things you figure about yourself are indeed real! But before you get there, it is important for you to discover what those good things about you are in the first place.
