How can I overcome maladaptive daydreaming and overthinking?

Question: I have been aware of my problem of maladaptive daydreaming for ten months now. I constantly think about things which I can’t achieve. I also talk to myself when I am daydreaming. Often I also wander around the house for five to six hours at a stretch. What should I do? Teentalker
