Thnaks for writing to us. I can really understand the mental agony you are going through.
Have you explained to your parents that you don't want to be depressed and that it's just something that's happening to you? Also, about the eating feeling guilty thing, eat little snacks throughout the day instead of one meal. and then you get small portions of food that your body needs.
Do take regular medication for depression, don't quit in between. You can consult a dietician who can suggest you a diet in this condition which helps your body. First, do some kind of yoga or exerci.....
