How to deal with mild panic attacks in the examination hall?

Question: Sometimes in the exam hall, I get mild panic attacks. My palms become sweaty, mouth gets dried and heartbeat increases, though for few minutes only. I am a bright student but feat I may loose my position. What to do? Teentalker

A panic attack is a feeling of sudden and intense anxiety. Panic attacks can also have physical symptoms, including shaking, feeling disorientated, nausea, rapid, irregular heartbeats, dry mouth. The symptoms of a panic attack are not dangerous, but can be very frightening.
