Always keep in mind that life is good and meant to be lived. Live life fully and to your heart's content. Try to keep yourself busy by indulging in a regular routine, making friends, by joining some social clubs and trying to learn a few things where your heart lies. Apart from this, start or end your day with some meditation techniques and deep breathing exercises that make you calm.
Write positive affirmations 10 times a day, things like, 'I can overcome this'. Watch your favorite films, try some new food, get in touch with your family/relatives. We are not mortal souls and God has sent us here for a purpose. Its always easy to give up but what counts more is how we found a way out of it.
End of the day, it's you who has to take charge of your situation. I can only guide you, but yes, with the right counseling you will be benefitted. Please go through our self-help and meditation tools, it is going to help you for sure.
