It is not that you are alone struggling with this issue.In this process, a simple way to help yourself would be to start with the prospect. But a lot of times setting targets for self is something we are unable to do. In this, what helps is if someone is there to assist you with the deadlines. It can be from your family, or a friend and try to relate it to an event to give yourself the push to move on forward with the task.

What you need is a bunch of fun loving,spontaneously and expressive type of friends ,and a good interactive and intermingling social and family life .Social media,internet,instagram are all okay for information and awareness. Too much information,thinking,analysis and comparing with others ,may have frozen you.
You must identify and change the perceptions and begin to see things as they are and differently from the way you see now. Your emotions linked with this are not supporting you to think out of the box . So break all mindsets,mental blocks ,and emotional blocks.
