Question :  I want to know about how writing our own feelings can help us cope with anxiety or loneliness? I always think about this. I haven’t tried yet but I want to know how that works? Teentalker

Writing is like a therapeutic process that helps one understand their thoughts and feelings more clearly. It's also called journaling. It helps in gaining control of your own emotions. While you write, you also get a chance to explore your thoughts and feelings. 

It helps you in putting your frustrations in the paper and trying to deal with them. You can say that writing is like photographing your feelings and then looking into them, and while you look into them you can see through different perspectives.
