Dear Teentalker,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns.
It is truly wonderful to know that you've discovered your true passion and that you've figured out what is it that you are truly good at and in your case, it is a Youtube channel, gaming in 100. So, if that's what you wish to pursue in the long run, then definitely go for it.

However, you've also mentioned about your parents not being too supportive about your decision and that they would prefer if you concentrated on your studies, but you've mentioned about not being good at academics.
So, at this stage, here are a few things I would request you to think through before taking a final call:
If studying for now, can help you to maintain peace at home with your parents and still sync it with your long-term goal, then is that something you're willing to work on? For example, you might want to consider doing some diploma courses or seeking a relevant internship that will help you to come closer to your long-term goals. Having a backup plan in the form of education and at least a college degree certainly helps, as that will help you to navigate through difficult situations and uncertainty, which is a part and parcel of your life if you plan to take your venture forward.
Being confident about what your dreams and what you believe in is extremely essential. Apart from that, knowing how to communicate this with your parents is an art. To know more, please go through the following article

Try to have uncomfortable conversations with your parents, slowly but surely. To begin with, you can start doing so by watching hit Bollywood films like '3 Idiots' and then having a discussion around the same. You can also let them know that you're serious about your future, even if your opinion differs from theirs and you can also show how sincere you are by helping people out in household chores.
