Good to know that you write poetry , writing is a skill which very few people have. You must continue this with anything you do in career. There are so many young students who are pursuing main stream careers but are passionate about writing and are continuing this skill as passion and get their poetry or stories or articles published in any print media. Later you may start your own blog or publish your masterpieces on social media.

So, you must feel proud on this skill of yours and must continue this as passion and you never know one day you may.....

So, you must feel proud on this skill of yours and must continue this as passion and you never know one day you may completely turn towards this.  

You may focus on completing any graduation course of your related subject and interest. After spending three years in college along with making an edge towards poetry you can make create your identity in college and things will be much clearer by then.  

Also you mentioned that you are interested for Indian Administrative services , even for that you need to be graduate as minimum required qualification.
