I want to open up to people, but because of my weight, I can't do that. I can't trust people, but I want to open up to someone and talk.

Question: I want to open up to people, boost my confidence level, but because of my weight, I can't do. I think of reducing, but I am not able to. Because of this, I have limited people around. I want people to accept me the way I am. Even I have the biggest problem of not accepting the way I am. But I'm also not able to open up and trust people and tell them what's going on with me. During the teen phase, many wish to lose weight, stay fit and look good! While some manage to accomplish this, some struggle to get there!

Remember, how you view yourself, will also determine the way others look at you. What appears to be getting in the way of you reaching out to others and trusting them has probably got more to do with the way you think at an unconscious level. The core negative self-belief you appear to be operating out of is " I'm not good enough" (Negative self-talk).
