I am academically stressed out and mentally blank. Please help me!

Question: I'm a pre-medical student who has really really screwed up everything. I'm really tensed.  I don't know how but I got 86% in my 12th boards and my dad was like "how about you try medical?" And i was like "yeah, sure". I'm VERY VERY VERY desperate to get into medical college. I want this SO BADLY. But lately, procrastination has become my personal companion on every single thing. I try to study every single day and night and all I end up doing is either staring at the book or daydreaming about something that's never ever gonna happen. Now my course is about to end and I've got just 3 and half months to prepare for my premed exam.  Teentalker , 17-year-old
