All these daily soaps are good till you watch them in a limit and not getting carried away by them. They are meant for entertainment only. But sometimes they induce aggressiveness, Attention problems, Sleep deprivation. Plus I am sure at this stage, you must have other relevant work to do.
While taking break from studies or generally while relaxing, try to use that time to go outdoor and play some sport or try going for a run, or walking in some park or garden nearby. Interact with friends and family fac.....

Interact with friends and family face-to-face while relaxing. That will help you to stay connected to the real world and be happy as well. Being mindful certainly helps. Practicing mindfulness through meditation will not only help you to calm down.
