I understand that you feel disturbed and unequipped to study at home. You need to also realise that there are not too many options for you right now. You may change the time of your studies, try to control the controllable noises at home. Inform all that you want to study at certain time so that they don’t disturb you.
If nothing works then you may put on some light instrumental music in ear phones and study, this will avoid the other noises to reach you and you will get accustomed to one noise which will help you to concentrate.....
