How can I keep my peace when my exams are going on?

Question : How can I keep my peace when my exams are going on? There is too much stress. I sometimes feel guilty of not doing good in the previous paper and then I can’t focus on preparing for the next paper also. How to overcome this?

  • Don’t feel guilty  - When you feel guilty about not performing well in previous exam, that will affect your preparation for the next exam as well. What happened can’t be undone but you can definitely make rest of the exams better by preparing well.
