What Your Favourite Colour Says About You

We all have a favourite colour. Even those who say they don’t have any have a natural inclination towards few colours or family of colours. So what does our favourite colour says about us? Find Out here

Here is what your favourite colour says about you.

Blue

Serene and Cool.

You have the ability to find peace. You are reliable and are easy to get along with. You like to keep things tidy and find stability as the most important aspect of your life.

Black

Artistic, moody and sophisticated.

You tend to be someone with a need for control. You are also artistic and though not an introvert, you are careful of the details of your life and do not share them with others easily.

White

Innocent.

You are mostly organized and logical and don't have a great deal of clutter in your life. Also you are diligent in your appearance.

Red

Bold, determined and strong

Colour of the extroverts, red is also found to be the more attention grabbing colour of all. If your fav colour is red you believe in living life to the fullest and are persistent and determined in your approach.

Green

Affectionate, loyal, frank and social butterfly.

Liking colour green has nothing to do with love of nature. So if you like green colour you have a desperate want to feel secure in your relationships and finances. You want to be seen as wealthy, successful and important person in others views.

Brown

Simple, comfortable and looking for stability.

You have no need for extravagance. You want to live a complication-free life. You're also reliable, frugal and direct. Being spur of the moment is just not in your personality.

Purple

Artistic and unique in your own way.

You are mysterious and different. You like to see the world in a way that can be difficult for those around you. You do have great respect for people but can be arrogant at times.

Orange

Friendly, easy going and flamboyant

If your favourite is orange then you do not have too many serious thoughts. You want to be the center of attention and are always full of energy.

Pink

Naive, sheltered, and have delicate sensibilities.

Those who favour pink do so because it's an escape from the reality of impending adulthood. They're childlike in the way they interact with others, and hope to be able to pull off red, pink's older sister, when they finally grow up ― failing to realize they've been an adult for a long time now.

Yellow

Optimistic and idealist.

Because of this optimism, and the idealism that comes along with it, people who love yellow sometimes come off as whacky or aloof, but that's just because the other are straight-up jealous. You enjoy learning and sharing your knowledge with others.  Finding happiness comes easy to you and others would compare you to sunshine

Good writing usually comes from the habit of reading widely and understanding and thinking keenly. Writing does not only involve expression of views and thought but it is beneficial to the writer in many ways too. It boosts creativity, decreases stress, improves communication skills and narrow down our thoughts and help us to connect with our emotions.

Here are some ways that can help you improve your writing skills.

Develop a love for reading

To begin with get enrolled in a library, a physical one. Explore the different kind of books that are available and see what attracts you more. Fiction, poetry, biographies, science-fiction novels and more, look for the one that you find attractive and readable.

Improve your vocabulary

When you come across a complex and difficult word, look out for its meaning. Try to know its synonyms, antonyms, pronunciation, usage and then try to use that word in your daily conversations as well.

Practise makes a man perfect

To practice writing, start writing a diary or maintaining a journal on a daily basis and record your thoughts and experiences. The more you write, the more your skills will improve. This will also give yolu the opportunity to be creative in whatever way you like.

Nurture creativity

Just as any other art, writing will help to inspire your creativity and encourage you to become better at it. You could also try the following:

There might be times when you don’t want to work any more on it and quit but always keep yourself motivated to possess more knowledge of the language and writing. Popular author Richard Bach once said,

“A professional writer is an amateur who didn’t quit.”
